The Fresh Market, a premium specialty grocery chain with over 160 locations across 22 states, wanted to modernize its digital presence while staying true to its boutique brand values. The goal was to improve search visibility, drive online and in-store traffic, and enhance user engagement.
This included a website redesign to reflect its upscale in-store experience, SEO strategy to improve organic rankings, social media marketing to boost brand loyalty and product discovery, and Google Ads campaigns to target high-intent shoppers looking for gourmet foods, fresh produce, and seasonal offerings. The objective: elevate The Fresh Market as the go-to destination for fresh, curated grocery experiences.

We conducted a full review of their website—evaluating its design, speed, mobile usability, and how effectively it connected with both users and search engines. The goal was to modernize the experience while staying true to the brand’s premium feel.

While many competitors saw declining numbers, The Fresh Market defied the trend and stood out as the only brand to see a rise in foot traffic, according to Placer.ai. In just 38 days, a carefully crafted digital campaign delivered outstanding results:
